Metamorphosis

Why do some of us change the way we look? Are we trying to fit in or do we want to stand out from the crowd? This series of work aims to give an insight into how people change their appearance to become the person they want to be. While some procedures are for purely aesthetic reasons, some are performed to provide peace of mind, mark a significant event or save a life. When we see someone who has undergone these changes we should ponder the story behind them, not judge them for being different.
